Infant massage classes
In this class parents get a hands on lesson of a simple massage sequence they can use for their infant and easily incorporate into their daily routines. We will discuss the importance and many benefits of infant massage and have time to share individual and couple experiences of being new parents as well.
cost = $25/ couple and baby

Cesarean section support group
This group meets once a month and is by donation only. Any woman who has had a cesarean section is welcome to this group. It doesn't matter how long it has been since your cesarean. If you are in need of a safe space in which to process your emotions around this experience and heal any unresolved pain, this group is for you.
