Treatment massage
Treatment massage is muscle specific, tends to be deeper tissue and is geared toward manipulating soft tissues (including tendons, ligaments, muscles and also scar tissue) in order to encourage recovery from injury and softening of contracted areas that may be causing imbalance and pain in the body.
LomiLomi
LomiLomi is an ancient Hawaiian massage practice that is spritually based. This deeply grounding and relaxing technique focuses on the mind, body, spirit connection by using long fluid massage strokes, often in patterns of three.
On-site massage
Also known as chair massage. This can be done either at on office or in home. The focus is on shoulder and neck but includes back, arms and hands as well.

Pregnancy massage
Pre-natal massage is performed using appropriate bolstering and/or a pregnancy massage bolster which allows the pregnant mama to lie face down on the massage table. Care is taken to assess the medical intake form and confirm that massage is supported by the obstetrition or midwife.

Labor support doula
Studies show having a doula attend labor and birth greatly reduces the number of interventions during labor and also length of labor. A doula does not perform any medical tasks such as, taking blood pressure, performing vaginal exams, or giving medical advice. A doula is there for psychological, emotional and physical support of the laboring mama and her partner. Included in my doula package is 2 prenatal massages and one post partum massage.

Post partum doula
a post partum doula is available during the post partum time to provide support in the home. This may include, house hold chores, running errands, childcare, breastfeeding support, whatever is most needed and most supports the family to honor this sacred time.

Reiki II
Reiki is an ancient technique for working with energy. It has Japenese Buddhist roots. The practitioner is a conduit for healing life force energy to be given to the client. It is believed to heal many maladies.
